Eggless vanilla ice cream | 3 ingredients ice cream
Eggless Vanilla Ice Cream recipe can be prepared easily without eggs and ice cream maker (machine).
It can be prepared with just 3 ingredients – Whipping cream, condensed milk and vanilla extract. Whipping cream or fresh cream is easily available in all local stores.
Condensed milk (also known as milkmaid) is available in all local stores or can also be homemade. Vanilla extract adds a great flavor to your ice cream. You can also use any other flavors like strawberry, chocolate, pista etc to give your ice cream a different taste.

In the above video chocolate syrup is used as topping for the eggless vanilla ice cream, which can also be substituted with flavors of your choice, or you can use cashews and other nuts and dry fruits of your choice too.

Step By Step Preparation – Eggless Vanilla Ice Cream
- Freeze the bowl for 30 minutes before preparing the ice cream.
- Add whipping cream. Make sure the whipping cream is chill when you use. Please avoid the liquid part in it.
- Beat the whipping cream for 10-15 minutes until smooth and fluffy, using electric/hand blender.
- Add condensed milk. Mix until the ingredients are combined well.
- Beat again for 10-15 minutes until it turns thick, using an electric/hand blender.
- Add vanilla extract and give it a good mix.
- Pour the above contents into an air-tight container.
- Cover and Freeze for 3 hours. After 3 hours – Open and Beat again for 10 minutes using an electric/hand blender. Pour it back into the same air tight container and freeze. Repeat the same procedure after another 3 hours.
- Freeze the ice cream overnight(12 hours) or until frozen. The freezing time might differ depending upon your refrigerators temperature.
- After freezing overnight. Dip the ice cream scooper (or a deep curved spoon) into warm water to scoop out the ice cream easily.
- Scoop the ice cream into a bowl. Add chocolate syrup (optional) as per your taste as topping for the ice cream before serving. You may also use any other flavors or nuts of your choice.
- Delicious Eggless Vanilla Ice Cream is ready to be served !!!

This is an Eggless Vanilla Ice Cream recipe. This recipe needs only 3 Ingredients. It doesn't require an Ice cream maker. Make sure the cream & bowl is always chill before preparing.
